ReturnsFlutterBabies will gladly refund you if you return most unused items (exceptions are listed below) in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts or shipping costs). In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please send an e-mail to returns@flutterbabies.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please include your name, address, and the reason for the return in your e-mail. A customer service representative will be in contact with you to provide further instructions within 48 hours. In the event of special promotions or discounts, FlutterBabies reserves the right to apply additional rules. These rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid. Please note that shipping charges are NOT refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning a purchase. Please also take special care when trying out your purchases. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear. Restocking Fees: Please note returns are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee. Please note that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card. In regards to returns sent from an APO/FPO address, we cannot estimate the shipping time back to us because the military handles the delivery. Usually these returns take a little longer than normal, so please be patient. |
