At FlutterBabies, we are dedicated to providing you the most stylish baby products on the market in a timely fashion. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order with a few exceptions (see below).  You will have the option of choosing your preferred shipper and shipment speed.  FlutterBabies will offer standard, expedited, and rush shipping options with USPS and UPS.

Exceptions:

From time to time, it will take longer than 48 hours for your order or items from your order to leave our warehouse.  If an item is out of stock when the order is placed, you will be given a date at checkout or an e-mail will be sent stating when we expect the order or certain items in your order to ship.  If any of the items in your order are expected to ship later than our shipping policy states, you may cancel your order.

Free Shipping:

During certain times of the year FlutterBabies will offer free shipping in the continental US (this excludes Alaska and Hawaii).  These orders will be shipped via USPS standard shipping.

Please note that from time to time FlutterBabies offers free shipping on specific items or orders above a certain dollar amount.  If you take advantage of these special promotions, FlutterBabies will ship the order or qualifying items in the order via USPS standard shipping.

Transfer of Risk and Title:

When you order an item at flutterbabies.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you.

FlutterBabies will match any competitors advertised price. Please contact us with a link to the product page on the competitors web site.  To be accepted, the retailer advertising the product must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell their products.  Going out of business or closeout sales do not qualify.

FlutterBabies respects your right to privacy.  We may change or add to this privacy policy at any time without notice, so we encourage you to review it periodically.  FlutterBabies reserves the right to vary this policy from state to state as required by law.  By purchasing our products or using our website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the following privacy policy.

FlutterBabies will gladly refund you if you return most unused items (exceptions are listed below) in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.  Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts or shipping costs).

In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us here to obtain a return authorization number.  Please include your name, address, and the reason for the return in your e-mail.  A customer service representative will be in contact with you to provide further instructions within 48 hours.

In the event of special promotions or discounts, FlutterBabies reserves the right to apply additional rules.  These rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid.  Please e-mail our customer care team here if you have any returns-related questions that are associated with these special offers.

In-Store credit will be issued for discounted or sale items.

The few things you can't send back:

• personalized or custom items
• Items being discontinued by the manufacturer
• clearance items with discounts over 40% off
• drop ship items
• returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse.

Please note that shipping charges are NOT refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning a purchase.

Please also take special care when trying out your purchases.  We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

We are not liable to return and /or give credit for damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns.

Restocking Fees:  Please note returns are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee.  The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Need to Return an Item?

Please note that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card.  In regards to returns sent from an APO/FPO address, we cannot estimate the shipping time back to us because the military handles the delivery.  Usually these returns take a little longer than normal, so please be patient.

Registration and Your Account

Upon registration you are responsible for your password and account access and you agree to accept all responsibility for actions that occur under your account and password.
